Nimag B.V. imports cars, motorcycles, quads and outboard motors of the Japanese quality brand Suzuki. Since 2007 the company has been using Webservices.nl. Hilko Roozenbeek, Suzuki's Marketing Intelligence & CRM Coordinator, explains why webservices are used within Suzuki.
'On our website www.suzuki.nl it is possible to request a brochure or a test drive. It is also possible immediately to make an appointment with one of our workshops. This always requires the filling in of an online application form.
The application forms are supported by two different webservices. Firstly, the address is fleshed out if the postcode and house number have not been filled in. This saves time for the visitor and gives us the assurance that the address has been entered correctly and completely. It makes it easy to determine the nearest Suzuki dealer.
The second webservice that we have coupled to the application forms enriches the vehicle registration number. It instantly provides details of the make, model and construction year of the vehicle concerned. This application has already improved many processes within Suzuki. The follow-up work has been greatly simplified and things like analyses of website visitors are now far more efficient. Previously visitors had to type in these details manually and because of the number of typing errors they were not very usable.'
