Update service
For customers with a subscription to the Update Service, Webservices.nl keeps the dossier numbers of the Chamber of Commerce up-to-date real-time on its own servers. Changes are passed on to customers automatically, so it is easy to make alterations in the customer database concerned.
The databases are updated each week and contain elements including:
- changes of name
- changes of address
- suspension of payments and insolvencies
- change of the principal director
- changes to BIK (SBI) code
- increase or decrease in number of employees
How does the update service work?
To enable use of the update service, Webservices.nl saves business data on its servers. This allows us to feed back immediately to the customer any changes to customer-specific data.
Webservices.nl does not save more data than strictly necessary for operation of the service and guarantees that this data will not be shared with other companies.
For optimum use of the update service it is advisable first to validate existing business records by means of the Webservices.nl 'Get file' function. This will update the business data and also place it ready to be brought up to date in the event of changes.
For a small charge it is also possible to make a check on when the company record was last updated by the Chamber of Commerce.
Insolvency webservice
The Update Service can also be linked to the insolvencies register. Every day you will automatically receive information about companies that obtained suspension of payment the previous day, were declared bankrupt and the name of the receiver or court assigned to the company.
