Ownership notice
The ownership notice shows the rights attached to a certain parcel of land.
Through this webservice, we offer you an overview of the most important details of a parcel of land.
The land registry ownership notice contains up-to-date information from the public register. Among other things the notice shows the parties who have rights to a parcel of land. These may be the owner, but also a person who is entitled to use the land. The notice further includes any obstructions and/or limitations applicable to the parcel of land (for example if the land contains a listed building). Other information in the land registry notice includes the ownership of the plot, year of purchase and in most cases also the purchase price.
By means of this webservice we offer real-time such elements as:
- parties who hold rights to the land (details of the person or company).
- location of the parcel of land (unique land registry indication and the address)

- year of purchase
- purchase price
- commercial rights
- any obstructions
- any supplementary information recorded, such as succession rights

The Land Registry map contains information about the parcel of land, such as purpose of use, land registry indication and so on.
Maps are provided as standard in a PDF document by means of an XML message. The document is immediately usable in a web interface (a website, for example).
The extract from the Land Registry map is one part of the map. It is a scale map always oriented north. No dimensions are determinable by means of the extract of the Land Registry map; the map shows only the locations of plots of land relative to each other.
By means of this webservice we provide real-time such elements as:
